Owning my own construction business required a very specific truck and my salesperson Kayla and her sales manager David were excellent! They worked hard and were able to quickly find the right vehicle I was looking for and we were able to work the entire deal over the phone, by email, and text message before we ever set foot at the dealership. Seeing we live about 45 minutes away, and the fact I have limited time avaiable, this was perfect for us. As matter of fact, we were able to be in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes! Ernie the finance manager was great and already had the contract ready to go and financing completed by the time we arrived! Granted we did a ton of the work by phone, etc, this was still an efficient deal! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants top notch service and a great price! They were able to get me a great deal on this truck and also gave me a fair price on my trade in vehicle! Also I have found that all of the Ray Skillman dealership websites are the best I have found in regards to lots of pictures and details on the vehicles they offer! I was able to see the exact vehicle's pictures and the exact window sticker showing all of the options all while sitting at my computer desk at home or viewing them on my phone! I began weighing the price for repairs versus the cost of a new truck. Understand I really had a relationship with my old truck. Very tied to it. However, it was becoming evident it was time to consider alternatives. Enter Alex. Alex saw me walking the lot. He didn't intrude, but offered his assistance when I needed it. As I zeroed in on a specific truck, he explained the new items (since last I purchased a Ford truck). Alex is extremely knowledgeable and was more interested in making sure I was comfortable with whatever deal I made. He offered a test ride in a truck that had a different engine. I took him up on it. Even though I chose to stay with what I had selected, he was not pushy. Again, offering the personal touch to make sure I was satisfied with my choice and the process. I have purchased three vehicles from this location (dating back through two previous owners). I have always felt like I made the best deal possible. Everything was painless... unlike experiences usually associated with purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Recommending this dealership, and all who work there is easy. More

Not willing to make proper repair Unwilling to PROPERLY fix a mistake made by Skillman employee. During a routine oil change and tire rotation, two of my custom rims wrre scratched. S Unwilling to PROPERLY fix a mistake made by Skillman employee. During a routine oil change and tire rotation, two of my custom rims wrre scratched. Skillman agreed to fix the wheels, but on the that day, They called to say they would only polish the scratch and that it would look better than the rest of the wheel. It doesnt require rocket science to know that this is a "bandaid" at best and certainly not a proper fix. Since the wheel was not flawless otherwise, the manager said he would only polish the scratch. I would have no reason to even be there if the tech doing the wheels had not scratched them in the first place. Service writer Chris was professional. Manager Miles was unwilling to do the right thing BUT apparently quite willing to lose a good customer and his recommendations to family and friends...all over two wheels scratched up by his employee. More
