I recently had my vehicle serviced and after getting it back developed a problem related to the service. Right now you may be wondering why I gave a 5 on quality of work above if there was a problem. I give that rating because of the overall quality I have experienced here overall and the end result of this particular episode. The reality is that mistakes happen, we are all human. It is how those mistakes are handled that sets the tone for quality of service, and that is what this review is about. I contacted the dealership, asked for the service manager and actually got him, not his VM or someone in the service department. As soon as I had finished telling him what happened, he immediately said "well take care of it". No excuses, no xx, just straightforward plain talk. He took ownership of the issue and made it right. That may not sound like a lot, but in today's environment it speaks volumes as to the professionalism of Eric and the leadership in place here. It also is why I will continue to be a customer. More
