Led me to believe I bought a GM certified Vehicle. After the sell, I found a few minor things wrong. GM certification means there cannot be anything wrong. Called and talked to salesman about it. He said "I dont know anything about that, I'll have to call you back." He calls back and s says its not a GM ceritified vehicle, its a Ray Skillman certified vehicle. I asked what that was and he said "I dont know, I'll have to call you back." He calls and says they check a few things. How can they sell me a vehicle when the salesman had no idea what he was selling me. I asked how much I had to pay to bring it back or could I trade for something else. Salesman said he would check on that and call me back. NEVER called me back. They never said sorry or what can we do to make this right? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE More
Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze in February. I'm very happy with this car and the salesman, Adam Boatman, was easy to work with, knowledgeable and willing to see to our needs. I visited this dealership looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used car. I was aware that my used car would not be worth much, however upon inspecting my car, the man who helped me made jokes about and purchase a used car. I was aware that my used car would not be worth much, however upon inspecting my car, the man who helped me made jokes about the state of my car and did not believe me when I told them about the condition of the car and its background. I felt belittled and did not enjoy my experience at all. The price may have been ok, but I was so embarrassed by their remarks that I did not want to come back. More
I should have recieved the title app within 21 days on the used car I bought, but didn't. I got 3 different stories and lost a days work to get it taken care of. While traveling through indy my Blazer developed a problem with the fan on the ac running continously. We put out a great product now, we must be driven to be the best at service to hold loyal customers and attract new ones to try our prod. I worked for G.M. for 43 years and have a vested intrest.
