Bad service I’m now wondering about the integrity of this location I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and Rep told me it was time to change my cabin I’m now wondering about the integrity of this location I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and Rep told me it was time to change my cabin filter. He showed me this extremely dirty cabin filter. I replied, “Sir you guys just changed my air and cabin filter not even two months ago and I know it’s not time for a new one already”. He replied, “I don’t see that it was ever done in your history”. I told him, I was pretty such it was done last visit and I know most cabin filters is changed around 15, 000 miles and I have not drove that much less then two months. Long story short, I went home and found my receipt on July 31, 2019 according to my recipe my air and cabin filter supposedly been replaced. So, my belief and conclusions of this story is; I paid for a new cabin filter and it was never changed. 2. They showed me a cabin of someone else. I’m not trying to figure out which one it is? My truth for this location has changed and not sure if I can ever truth the service from you guys. More

Awesome Service Department! Brooks is the best!!! We bought a used 2016 Kia from Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. Very satisfied with our salesperson, and over all experience. We had a service issue and too We bought a used 2016 Kia from Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. Very satisfied with our salesperson, and over all experience. We had a service issue and took it to the Kia dealership next door for service. (I wont mention their name...) Big Mistake! They failed us in every way and did not fix our problem. So, we took it back to Ray Skillman Hyundai, where we bought the car, and they were not surprised with our experience next door. Because it was a warranty issue, they could not service it because they are not a Kia dealership. Their service person, Brooks, took exceptional care of us. Very polite, sympathetic to our problem and needs. She went above and beyond what was required of her. She got our car transported to Ray Skillman Kia, (because it was a real inconvenience for us to get it there with our work schedules), got us a rental car, and worked cooperatively with the other dealership to get our repair taken care of. Never before have my wife and I been taken care of so well at ANY dealership. We sill surely return to Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you Brooks!!! More
