I bought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson at the Ray Skillman Avon location. I had my truck for a few weeks then something in the engine started going into safe mode. I called the dealership and to my surprise was told just bring it in so they could look at it and figure out the problem. After about a week they called and told me to come get a rental vehicle and that everything was covered un der my warranty from Hyundai. They put me in a 2023 Hyundai Tucson that was extremely nice and new. Once my vehicle was done they called for me to pick it up and I couldn't be happier. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY THOROUGH AS WELL AS TIMELY. More

I arrive half hour early and they explained that it may be a half hour until they got to my car. However, I was finished and out the door only a few minutes past my appointment time. Both fobs (my regular use and spare fob) I had stopped working on my car to start it or to lock/pop trunk/do anything else. My appointment was for Monday 6/13/22 at 8:15 am, they didn’t even look at my ca working on my car to start it or to lock/pop trunk/do anything else. My appointment was for Monday 6/13/22 at 8:15 am, they didn’t even look at my car until 2 pm on Tuesday. I got my car back on Wednesday afternoon and the technician I had said I would need to get a new fob because they replaced batteries, checked signal and nothing worked. The quoted me $500 per fob. Once I got my car back, my original fob stopped working altogether and the spare one only worked when it was plugged in. I called the Hyundai on Pike Plaza and they had me come in right away. They checked the signal on my fobs and they both came out strong. He replaced the battery in my spare and now it works 100% fine. The original fob he can’t explain. I also told him how much I was told my fob would be and he said “absolutely not. For a 10 year old car I would get an aftermarket fob and we can get that key cut and programmed for $180.” Never going back to the Avon Hyundai. More
