To whom it may concern, I want to start out by saying I was treated very respectful very kind I’m very friendly by my sales person Michael McConnell. I had seen the truck that I bought about a month and a was treated very respectful very kind I’m very friendly by my sales person Michael McConnell. I had seen the truck that I bought about a month and a half ago and stopped in and saw it and met Michael, went back the next day and the truck was gone but I told Michael that I always drive by here in the fire trucks and see what’s on the lot and if something else ever popped up on the lot that I would like I will be loyal to him and ask for him to help me with the truck. Truck. All the sales managers that helped out were awesome as well and the gentlemen that went over my contract with me was incredible to. I told the main sales manager,(can’t remember his name that this dealership has earned my business and my loyalty on just the fact of the respect they showed me and then no BS. I actually never fill out forms like this or feedback but in this case it’s very warranted. Best dealership I've ever been to. They let me drive my genesis off the showroom floor once Josh and a Co worker cleaned the car for me! Josh let me drive a few options and walked around the lot while I was being indecisive! I don't plan on going to any other place to buy a car from here on. They blow any other dealership I've been to away by a landslide! They even let me take the car home from the night and I've never heard of anything like that! How many dealerships would let you take their vehicle home? Eric the finance guy was extremely informative and explained everything to me as clear and as much as needed.
