Finance manager was a breeze. They move a little slower than a higher volume shop perhaps but if you find a good deal I don’t mind taking a little extra time. internet sales person had good communication. More
Great Service experience as always My “Service Engine” light started flashing the other morning on my way to work. I brought it into Sid and they hooked it up to their machine to diagno My “Service Engine” light started flashing the other morning on my way to work. I brought it into Sid and they hooked it up to their machine to diagnose the problem. I was having a misfire, and some wiring problems. Turned out that from all our camping this summer, I’d had unexpected guests make their home in my engine. They had chewed through some wiring harnesses and vacuum hoses. They had to order parts, and Sid kept me well informed throughout the whole process, even showing me the wire casings that needed attention. Even though this happened right before the holiday weekend, and I did have to use a loaner car, they were still able to get everything done before end of day Tuesday, which was fabulous! I trust Sid, Fred and the mechanics to take care of me and my car when I bring it to them. for any service, big or small. Oh, and even though it was an extremely hot day out, Sid washed my car for me himself! Thanks guys! More

Your electronic GOLDEN LOTTERY number matches the scratch off number which matches what appears to be the winning number for a $5000 prize. When you get there and talk to them, you find out that another number on the flier has to match a number on a board at the event. It is hidden in a paragraph of very small print. There are eight digits in the number. Pretty small odds. Any company that pulls a stunt like this is not to be trusted. This kind of thing pulls in quite a few people to be preyed upon by the hoards of sales people. More

transmission service turned all wrong. First off the salesmen that I could find was extremely rude and had his music on his phone blaring. Ignored me for 8-10 mins in the walk in lobby area First off the salesmen that I could find was extremely rude and had his music on his phone blaring. Ignored me for 8-10 mins in the walk in lobby area. Told him I had an appt An he pointed somewhere an turned around. I was a bit confused but found it after asking one of the guys running around with a handful of keys. Car was scheduled for a service and they said they could t do anything till it was aligned and tires balanced, we said we have paperwork from Point S doing new tires and alignment in the glove box and they were dumbfounded. Next they said it needed new axle which was recently replaced. Refused to do any service which was fine because they were extremely forceful. I walked out and they charged us an extra 11.00 for “misc” charges... I know it sounds silly but a family of 5 really survives on those 11.00$. Took it to mechanic out cascade auto and found a bad wheel bearing and tie rod. Said nothing else was wrong minus a fuel lever sensor. Car runs like new now, no thanks to Rays. Will not be returning, already have another appt scheduled in Portland area to follow up to Nissan standards. Will be recommending people in town to not go there either. Thanks for overcharging and doing nothing. Customer service is a standard every business should strive for and obviously you guys don’t care about the “little people.” More
