We were in the market for a SUV/Crossover as we are expecting a child and needed something bigger. We know what the usual drill is when you got to a car dealer as you usually feel like the salesman just cares about his sale and will try to sell you every car on the lot. Enter Billy Capo! Billy is what a car salesman should be. He genuinely cared about our needs and really took it to the next level. He made sure every little thing with the truck we purchased was taken care of as it was a used truck and had a few issues that needed attention. We actually made a list of the things we wanted corrected and he made sure every single one was addressed. He even did some of the corrections himself! A few days later we received a thank you package from Billy with a hand written personalized note. In all our years of purchasing cars we never had a salesman care as much as Billy did, and for that we consider him like family! We will go wherever Billy is to purchase our next car with out a doubt, because we know Billy will do everything he can to make sure the experience is perfect! More

Luis Levia showed us around but the jeep was not there. He then directed us to a ford edge that we fell in love with. The next day we put an offer in but luis was not in. As God would have it we got Billy Capo. Looking back things went from good to excellent and we even got a "thank you package" in the mail. I got my last two cars at Ray Price locations. Both experiences were great. I will be going to Ray Price to look for my next vehicle. More

Every person at the dealership from the secretaries to the mangers are belligerent. When I looked to Bill for help, he ignored my calls and texts until after I was out of my 30 day bumper to bumper warranty; then he replied I'm sorry via text. More

Unfortunately the car was not on the lot at the time because it was at the garage, we were sad. After talking to Billy Capo we felt comfortable enough to put a down payment on the car without even seeing it. Billy kept us informed every step of the way. My daughter was away training in Philly and Billy actually sent someone to Philly for her to sign all the forms. Now that is what I call "SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE". I have been in the customer service field for more than 25 years and I know what superior customer service looks like. Darlene Brown was also helpful and professional when it came to the financing. I talked to a few of the people that were having their cars serviced and they all had the same feeling. They love Ray Price Stroudsburg Ford - Lincoln. There was not the typical pressure from a dealer...just kindness and understanding. He was patient with both myself and my 12-year old son. He offered his cell number and was quick to respond even on his day off. When I purchased the vehicle he took the time to go over some of the more technical aspects of the car. In addition to Billy being great, the administrative staff at Ray Price were wonderful. The deal went very smoothly and I left feeling completely satisfied. Thank you Billy and Ray Price Stroud Ford. I love my new SUV. :) More
Incompetent service center Service lights came on in my vehicle 3 days after I purchased it. I made an appointment with the service center and sat waiting at the dealership for Service lights came on in my vehicle 3 days after I purchased it. I made an appointment with the service center and sat waiting at the dealership for almost 3 hours only for them to confirm what I had already told them was wrong. Now I have to go back to have it fixed when the part comes in... I've been waiting close to a week and have heard nothing so far. More

I enjoyed working with Billy Capo. Billy takes car buying to a whole new level. We.ve been to a few dealerships in the area and felt vey pressured. He makes you feel that he not only loves his job but wants you to have the best experience possible and would rather see you in something you love. Billy is very knowledgeable as well. When questioning how much a car cost he tells you upfront. Not like the other dealerships that says: "well, how much do you want to pay a month". With Billy you feel like you have a friend for life. He makes sure you are happy with everything and will go out of his way to make sure the car you want is the way you want it. I thought there was a little problem with one of the headlights and he made the appointment for us to get that fixed as well as other things fixed that we didn't even know was a problem. I also want to mention that Darlene Brown is excellent at her job as well. We had dealt with her 10 years ago and had the same experience. And not to exclude someone else that is a joy to work with is Chris at the service desk, very easy, fun and enjoyable to work with. As you can tell overall I had a great experience. I believe I received the best deal possible and if I didn't they at least made the car buying experience a pleasure instead of a dragging uptight pressured experience. I will be looking for all three of these people on my next round. More
