Under warranty I own an 08 Mercury Milan bought from ray price and my door lock broke for the 4th time .. this is the 3 rd time I brought into ray price and when I I own an 08 Mercury Milan bought from ray price and my door lock broke for the 4th time .. this is the 3 rd time I brought into ray price and when I went to pay for it they said it was under warranty if it broke in 1 month it wouldn’t be under warranty cause it was under warranty for 2 years thank god i saved my receipt . So I was very happy that it was cause it would of cost 115$ to fix .. i live paycheck to paycheck and don’t need any unplanned expenses More

Service Advisor Colleen Cassano was very helpful in instructing me how to get my vehicle towed to Ray Price Ford, and kept me informed of the repairs Service Advisor Colleen Cassano was very helpful in instructing me how to get my vehicle towed to Ray Price Ford, and kept me informed of the repairs via telephone, and explained the repairs when they were made and told me my pickup truck was ready for pickup and after I'd gotten it back on the trip home we had a blowout on the right rear tire, I called her and she ordered another tire for me, the next day she called me to inform me the tire had arrived and to bring my pickup truck back down so they could change the tire and remount the spare underneath.. Everything went well from then on. Colleen is an asset to Ray Price Ford, she is pleasant, understanding, and outright courteous. More

Tire experience I needed to replace all 4 tires, I don’t usually go through a dealership but when I went to you to get my spring check up You informed me my 2 year o I needed to replace all 4 tires, I don’t usually go through a dealership but when I went to you to get my spring check up You informed me my 2 year old tires would not pass inspection that they needed to be replaced I really didn’t understand because on outside they looked good But the day you put new tires on I made you show me old tire, that’s were I saw on inside how worn they were.
