Impressive 1st Time Service Visit I've been using the same Ford Service Dept. in the Lehigh Valley for 25 years even after moving from Bethlehem to Stroudsburg 2 years ago. This was th I've been using the same Ford Service Dept. in the Lehigh Valley for 25 years even after moving from Bethlehem to Stroudsburg 2 years ago. This was the only Ford dealer I could find (I went thru 5) that was honest(didn't try to sell me service I didn't need) and did the work correctly. I decided to try Ray Price Stroud Ford and I have been pleasantly impressed with the service. Appointment was very easy to schedule online and didn't have to wait one or 2 weeks to get a time slot. The service writer (Colleen??) was very professional and courteous. The problem with my vehicle was diagnosed quickly and I received a call promptly that morning and didn't have to call back 2 or 3 times to find out what was wrong. I will be returning for service on my other Ford vehicles. More

Love Ray Price I traveled out of my county to buy an Escape 3 yrs ago, because the price was very good. The staff was helpful and this yr I went back.
