After lengthy conversations about the composition of our fleet he recommended the Accords to replace the problematic Altimas and the Odyssey to replace the Siennas. I have never met such a competent salesman that knows every aspect of each vehicle. As a direct result my company purchased 2 Accords and 2 Odysseys in the past several months. Recently Felix provided us with a CRV to evaluate for a week as a potential replacement to our high maintenance cost Subaru's. BEST car buying experience I've ever had I used to think that ALL dealerships are THE SAME. I WAS WRONG. You know how it normally goes- the typical runaround, the stressful negotiations back and forth, the games that most dealers play, not to mention the endless hours the whole process can take from start to finish as if your time isn't valuable. I did my research online, decided more or less what I was looking for and then went to check out Ray Price Honda. They had an excellent selection of inventory available, but mostly I was impressed with the way I was treated by salesperson Felix Cruz. He went above and beyond, delivered exceptional customer service & was friendly and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns, demonstrating his extensive product knowledge. He made me feel at ease & made the whole buying experience surprisingly pleasant. I drove off in a brand new Accord with extra bells and whistles that I wasn't even looking for because Felix made it happen!
