Worst service and dishonest Went to purchase a vehicle and told me in order the car leaves the lot you have to get a insurance card for the vehicle. Bought vehicles before and m Went to purchase a vehicle and told me in order the car leaves the lot you have to get a insurance card for the vehicle. Bought vehicles before and my other vehicle insurance card should cover the purchase. Same as getting a rental car they use your insurance card for the coverage. Called my insurance agent and told me that was covered with my insurance card from another vehicle. They refused to sell me the car. Went somewhere else and purchase a vehicle with know problems using my insurance card and took the vehicle same day. All the employees from ray price honda at East Stroudsburg Pa wanted to argue with me. Instead of trying to sell me a car. Telling me that's a rule. Telling they never heard that about using a insurance card from a vehicle you own with full coverage. Basically calling a lyer. Another dealer had my sale. Thank you More

Maria makes Ray Price Honda great!!! I had a great experience purchasing my first Honda from Ray Price last summer! I needed to find a car quickly and I had certain features I wouldn't go I had a great experience purchasing my first Honda from Ray Price last summer! I needed to find a car quickly and I had certain features I wouldn't go without and I wanted a manual transmission. Maria Mordente found my black civic coupe in stick with all the features I wanted. She put it on a "hold" of sorts for me to ensure no one would buy it from under me, as it was 1 of only 3 standard cars available in the Lehigh Valley of the car brands I was interested in. I came to check it out the next day & after Maria & her financial guy worked some magic I purchased it that afternoon. Then Maria convinced my mom to trade in her Honda Odyssey for the newest model while SAVING her money on her monthly payment! Maria is amazing...my mom has been buying cars from her for years! This was my first experience with Maria, Ray Price & Honda, & I'll definitely be back!!! More
