Great Customer Care I've been a customer of Ray Price Honda since 1998 and have always been happy with their sales and service departments. Recently, my Crosstour was I've been a customer of Ray Price Honda since 1998 and have always been happy with their sales and service departments. Recently, my Crosstour was in need of maintenance and a major repair. There was a delay in getting the parts needed for the repair and a loan vehicle was offered to me without having to ask. That was a lifesaver for me since I don't have any alternative way to get to and from my job if I don't have my car. My car again drives like a dream with the repairs that were made. I appreciate that the service techs are proactive about letting me know what services my car will need in the future so that I can plan and keep my car in good condition so it hopefully will never let me sit along the road. My most recent interaction was with Mark Peterson and he was wonderful. I have yet to have a negative experience with anyone in the service department at the Snydersville facility. I love the new facility. The waiting area is a huge improvement over the one that was in the old facility in East Stroudsburg, there is plenty of room to park and it is so convenient to drive your car right into the service receiving area, especially on a cold, rainy day. More

CIVICS HAVE DEFECTIVE AC SYSTEMS!!! I bought a 2016 Civic from Ray Price which takes special r1234yf refrigerant that no one can service except the dealer. It’s $100/lb. The compressor and condenser are DEFECTIVE and Honda knows it. Honda and Ray Price are refusing to acknowledge this. Class action Is in the works. Consider yourself warned! More

Liars. There GM, Chuck Megee, has no decided to ignore my emails and phone messages. They are petty Bad people!!They lie and mislead you from the start. NEVER buying or leasing from any Ray Price dealership. From a "clerical error" they didn't have me on there record for 2 years, so didn't receive anything that was promised to me. Went in there, made a scene and wow look at that, they "found" me on record. So to make up for it they said they would give me a deal on the next lease. Yea right. They gave me a worse deal. I found a way better one someone where else. They told they had to call Honda to get me a better deal, forgive the miles that I went over. Well, I called Honda and they said,"no it's up to the dealership". Yea Honda sets the prices but the dealership can adjust and give deals and forgive overage on miles without speaking with the main office. The financial person, Scott, lied to my face over and over again. Do not go there. You will find a better deal somewhere else. 1 bright spot is the sales person, Robert. If you must go there, ask for him. Seems to be the most honest and a dealership of liars. More
