Recently took my 2019 Honda Civic exl to ray price because of I was having a problem with the adaptive cruise control light and braking system light being on the vehicle only has 19k miles on it and w because of I was having a problem with the adaptive cruise control light and braking system light being on the vehicle only has 19k miles on it and was told when the car was purchased on July 10 2020 that it had 3 years or 36k miles bumper to bumper warranty now the car was bought in 2020 but was a brand new 2019 left over with 31 miles on the odometer and today was told by randy parsons that in his computer the car was out of warranty and nothing was covered but when I dropped it off the service advisor said he would contact me and let me know about the warranty info and I was never contacted as a matter of fact no called me to let me know what was going on with the car at all service is terrible and randy parsons was also very rude threaten to hang up on me on the phone and also was very unprofessional about showing me the warranty info in the computer he didn’t even ask for the actual slip to show when the car was purchased I would never use this dealership for anything again and especially if randy parsons is a service advisor there he was very unprofessional and not asking me the right information and just proceed to tell me that he worked there for 13 years I called phillipsburg Easton Honda where the car was purchased originally they gave no problems and covered the vehicle ray price is joke and I would never recommend them to anyone More
