Used car dishonesty We came to the dealership to purchase a car that we saw on the auto trader and confirmed with the internet sales guy to make certain the car was avail We came to the dealership to purchase a car that we saw on the auto trader and confirmed with the internet sales guy to make certain the car was available and the information was correct. After driving 3 hours to buy the car and arrived and ready to purchase it they said they will not sell it for the price it was advertised on auto trader. REALLY??? Who does that. It’s not the customer’s fault it was advertised incorrectly. But, when it’s confirmed the day prior and then the words are taken back. Not only is it unethical but complete dishonest. They apologized but they didn’t sell us the car. Not right!! Very unhappy with this dealership and how they operate. More

Awful - do not go there Please share ! I took my Honda in to Ray Laks on Southwestern Blvd. in Orchard Park today for an airbag recall . No charge but they did a complimentar Please share ! I took my Honda in to Ray Laks on Southwestern Blvd. in Orchard Park today for an airbag recall . No charge but they did a complimentary 12 point inspection which was fine . The service manager told me I needed a new cabin air filter and he showed me a nest that mice had built ( gross! ) He had my filter on the counter with the nest sitting on top of the filter. I told him I didn’t want to have anything replaced today , just the airbag please. He said ok . A few minutes later they called my name and said I was all set . I thanked him and almost as an afterthought I jokingly said “ You did throw the nest out right ?” I assumed they would have, as it was sitting on top of the filter in the office . He said he couldn’t guarantee that . Wow- ok . Still thought Im sure the service guy threw it out , as a mechanic would not knowingly shove a mouse nest back in with a filter, right ? Wrong! I got home and looked on YouTube to see how hard it would be to check a cabin air filter on my car - surprisingly simple actually!! Here is the picture of the nest that was put back in the car . Unbelievable. I shook out the filter & will be putting a new one in the near future- but definitely NOT at Ray Laks Honda ! More
