I brought my Jeep. compass in after having an oil change the week prior. It was leaking new good oil! I was given the explanation that the housing of the oil filter compass in after having an oil change the week prior. It was leaking new good oil! I was given the explanation that the housing of the oil filter was damaged. I was given a rental car to use, as they did not have the part to fix it... I did not have to pay for this service. I would just say, be diligent with what is done on your vehicle..This leak was obviously present since the oil change I had done at the dealership! More
