Worst service department I purchased my vehicle there and I work in the area, so I take my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for service out of convenience. I have been probably I purchased my vehicle there and I work in the area, so I take my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for service out of convenience. I have been probably 10 times in 17 months. Not once have I left the service department as a satisfied customer. Slow write ups and ridiculously slow turn around times on oil changes. When I drop my car off at 7:30 am and the oil change still isn't done by 3:00 pm, theres an issue. Too many issues to list. Will not be returning to their service department, despite it's convenient location. More
