Mild/mildew smell Andrea went above and beyond to correct an on going problem with my car. I brought the car in previously for the same issue (mold/mildew smell) and Andrea went above and beyond to correct an on going problem with my car. I brought the car in previously for the same issue (mold/mildew smell) and was told to drive with the window down to alleviate the horrible smell. I was also told that if I didn’t like their suggestion that I could take the car to the dealer that the car came from, Grand Rapids! What made the experience exceptional is not that the work was done...but the process of how it was done. Ryan scheduled and confirmed my appointment by phone & txt. Ryan greeted me and handled my drop off and asked or pointed out all those unique topics he remembered were important to me and told me how they would be addressed. We were in regular communication (by txt) until work was completed. When I came to pick up the car, we went through everything, including stuff I had not thought of and I was in and out quickly...even though everyone was busy...but I never was made to feel rushed or like an imposition.
