Gone here twice. Once to try to buy a new vehicle and once for service. The one time I went to get a vehicle, no one wanted to help me and once some one did they didn’t take me seriously. Just Be Truthful!! I've been coming here for years but my last experience was the WORST!!! You' lost a loyal customer, Service Department Stinks....Mechanics needed, I've been coming here for years but my last experience was the WORST!!! You' lost a loyal customer, Service Department Stinks....Mechanics needed, and you need to be truthful when dropping off your vehicle, after an appointment was made it took 4 days for a PCV hose to replaced and a leaking oil pan to be repaired. I have been placed on hold for 20 mins had to call back...I've been lied to about when my vehicle could be serviced. I thought that is was a reputable place, but I guess not!!!. I like using businesses where I live, but Ray Laethem use to be the place to take your car..but now I'm done, after reading the reviews I see why. NEVER AGAIN!!! MRS. BUTLER More

I cannot say the same about the quality of this survey, since I do not easily find tourain amongst the included vehicles which are chevy, dodge, jeep, and ram. lastly, as to what I am interested in a business deal is whether the product is good and the employees knowledgeable , timely, professional, focused on me, and considerate of my time. who on earth remembers irrelevant matters when buying a car.
