Key-Fob nightmare Me.Friends and family leased 5 cars from this dealership.My last car is 2018 Buick Enclave.I got a demo car for lease.I never had issues but a month Me.Friends and family leased 5 cars from this dealership.My last car is 2018 Buick Enclave.I got a demo car for lease.I never had issues but a month ago 1 of key-fobs was not working then a week later the other one gave up.Went to the dealer to ask so I can service this issue they told me we will call u.Waited a week no call so I went to the dealer to ask for a loaner car and fix this issue.They put me on a loaner car and told me the remotes I have are not for Buick but for G6 Pontiac.I revived a text message from the owner of this dealership Jeff Lathem to call him.I called him and he told me don’t xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx like I am trying to hide something from him and told me bring the loaner back because I will charge $37.00 a day.This is a service I got from the owner and this dealership.Maybe he was missing his bourbon but that is what I got in return.I returned the loaner took the car now I am stock with a car with no working key-fob.that is his customer satisfaction for talking in that language.I want to write more but this is the worst thing that ever happened to me in my lifetime. More
