First time getting service here and they were excellent. Fully explained everything that was being done and what was needed. Only did what was needed didn't try and sell things that were not needed. Had scheduled a recall service for my Dodge Durango and told the service guy that I needed a loaner for that day. He told me that I was all scheduled with a loaner and when I took my Durango in and asked a told the service guy that I needed a loaner for that day. He told me that I was all scheduled with a loaner and when I took my Durango in and asked about my loaner they told me that they didn’t have one because I never told them. The service guy was trying g to make jokes out of the situation. Don’t know where he thought that I was funny so I just left. Call the dealer and asked to speak with the service department manager which he was nice and courteous and took care of every. When I when back after rescheduling my original appointment had the same service guy take care of me but this time around he was so polite. More

What a great experience. Tone is great at his job and made the whole process painless. I went in there for what I thought was going to be an easy fix and they squeezed me in. Once they found it was a bigger problem and the Jeep needed to stay for a few weeks, Tone didn't hesitate getting me a loaner car on the spot. He kept me updated, took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was taken care of. I'll definitely be back. More

So if extra service is necessary you’ll have to prove it to me. I used to work my vehicles years ago. More
