Had scheduled a recall service for my Dodge Durango and told the service guy that I needed a loaner for that day. He told me that I was all scheduled with a loaner and when I took my Durango in and asked a told the service guy that I needed a loaner for that day. He told me that I was all scheduled with a loaner and when I took my Durango in and asked about my loaner they told me that they didn’t have one because I never told them. The service guy was trying g to make jokes out of the situation. Don’t know where he thought that I was funny so I just left. Call the dealer and asked to speak with the service department manager which he was nice and courteous and took care of every. When I when back after rescheduling my original appointment had the same service guy take care of me but this time around he was so polite. More

What a great experience. Tone is great at his job and made the whole process painless. I went in there for what I thought was going to be an easy fix and they squeezed me in.
