Took Jeep to Ray CDJR for an oil & filter change. They advised me of other things that needed attention, like air filters and tire rotation. Everything was done quickly and for a fair price. Went there with a problem with my Jeep. With the fuel receiver pulled in went inside and the service advisor that I had last week. Christina acted like she didn't even recognize me. Then another lady came out and asked about my problem. She asked me how many miles I have on my Jeep. I told her 42000 She said, well, it's out of warranty. All I came there was to solve the problem. Eventually, it was solved, but I didn't need to be talked to. We're ignored like that or told whether I had a warranty or not. They need to straighten out their act in that department.
