Ron, the service manager and Rob, one of the techs there, were very helpful and worked hard to make sure everything went well. My Jeep was being sent out for paint repairs under the rust warranty and they ma were very helpful and worked hard to make sure everything went well. My Jeep was being sent out for paint repairs under the rust warranty and they made sure I had a loaner. I picked up the loaner, but had to return because the one rear tire wouldn't hold air. I stopped back and Rob and Ron were great. They got me a new loaner without hesitation. I had the loaner for 2 weeks while mine was being painted. They called as soon as my Jeep was back. Great on pick. My Jeep looks fantastic. Also, when I was waiting when dropping my Jeep off for the work, their was a gentleman at the counter that was seeking repair on his truck. Rob and Ron were doing all they could to be pleasant and accommodating to the gentleman. He was being rude for no apparent reason since they were complying with everything he asked for. I complimented both gentlemen at their patience with that customer. They are two employees you should be proud to have working for you. More
Your service department is very pleasant to deal with. They communicated and kept me up to date with my repairs. Had a loaner so I can get to work also offered to pick me up to pick up the rental. Great service but scheduling needs to be better communicated. If Im waiting, tell me if it might take beyond a typical 1-2 hours. Somehow this Rob Chavez guy always obnoxiously involves himself when he is not the technician I was assigned. He says inappropriate things to customers, always worried about “his bays or technician’s time being wasted”. I’m a very busy person and I also don’t need my time wasted so be better at communicating things. Sounds like he personally needs to train better at managing time and communication to resolve such issues. Rather than bud in and blame the customers. This is the 2nd time he’s involved himself and said something inappropriate when he wasn’t even assigned my vehicle at checkin. Sort of rude to the other employees which also act professional and respectful and seem completely competent to handle things. Other than that, service is great! Keep up the great work! More
I went into Ray to get some maintenance done. Asked to have the brakes checked as well. I was all set to have to purchase brakes with 23000 miles. I was told that I didn’t need them yet! Honesty and integrity, make the Ray team, my only choice for purchase and service. I drive about an hour, when there is a dealer 5 minutes from my home. Great work Rob Chavez for taking care of me!
