I called to make an appointment for a diagnostic. First of all, the person I started to speak to just cut me off by transferring me to another person without saying anything while I was talking. I made an appointment for a diagnostic for a check engine light. The appointment took 3 HOURS. I had already told them it was related to the catalytic converter. The service ppl were rude in person and on the phone! I had my bf bring my Jeep and wanted some clarification. I was told that he already explained it to my bf. It's MY car and the notes were definitely not clear on the report! I was told to not "worry" about it until the problem gets worse! Not to mention that the quotes for the work are literally double that of local mechanics. I had to pay $200 to be told to wait until the problem gets worse. Not anything like that it wasn't urgent. I will not let them do any work on my car again. The guy who was dealing with the diagnostic didn't even remember whose car it was and there was only ONE other person in the lobby! He didn't even know what was going on and didn't seem to be informed or knowledgeable, nor checking in to say why it was taking so long. I don't normally write reviews like this but I am not going back nor will I recommend them to anyone. I am going with referrals from friends for a local mechanic rather than some dealership that doesn't care about customer service at all. It seems like they were more concerned with asking if I wanted to trade in my Jeep than any of my concerns. I got emails and texts like crazy about that. Makes you wonder what they really care about. I know I will need a car in the future and I definitely will not be going there. More
