False Advertising! I drove an hour and a half to buy the exact '17 Challenger Hellcat that I had been looking for. I was given a quote by Gerardo of $73k-ish. I told him I drove an hour and a half to buy the exact '17 Challenger Hellcat that I had been looking for. I was given a quote by Gerardo of $73k-ish. I told him the advertised price online was $66k. He went and discussed this with his manager. After awhile Ray III, an owner of the dealership came over and sat down with us. Ray III began rambling about how the online price was a mistake. He stated that the website only showed the sales price, leaving out the MSRP and the price difference. While all the other vehicles showed the MSRP, the price difference, and then the price that Ray's would sell the car for. I believe this was manipulated while I was waiting. The original ad for the car stated the MSRP at $73,255, the Price Difference at -$6,354, and an advertised "Price" of $66,901. I ended up buying the car for $71,000!!! I love the car, but despise this dealership! I would've walked from the deal if another dealer had the exact car within reasonable range. I feel I was taken advantage of. They knew I wanted the car, they knew I drove a long distance to buy it (1.5 hours each way), and they refused to honor their advertised price. Even if it were an honest data entry mistake on their website, they lied about it and manipulated the website prior to coming back to me. They used their online website manipulation against me! I have evidence of this and intend on looking into further options to pursue reimbursement of the advertised difference. More

He proved we could trust him, worked to meet every one of our needs, in a timely and sincere way, and removed every ounce of stress from our purchase. That's it! He earned our loyalty and respect by selling us a better car than we had hoped for, way under the price that we could've gotten anywhere else, and he made us feel from the first step that we were the most important people in the room.
