I went into Ray to get some maintenance done. Asked to have the brakes checked as well. I was all set to have to purchase brakes with 23000 miles. I was told that I didn’t need them yet! Great service but scheduling needs to be better communicated. If Im waiting, tell me if it might take beyond a typical 1-2 hours. Somehow this Rob Chavez guy always obnoxiously involves himself when he is not the technician I was assigned. He says inappropriate things to customers, always worried about “his bays or technician’s time being wasted”. I’m a very busy person and I also don’t need my time wasted so be better at communicating things. Sounds like he personally needs to train better at managing time and communication to resolve such issues. Rather than bud in and blame the customers. This is the 2nd time he’s involved himself and said something inappropriate when he wasn’t even assigned my vehicle at checkin. Sort of rude to the other employees which also act professional and respectful and seem completely competent to handle things. Other than that, service is great! Keep up the great work! More
