I was very happy with my experience at Ray in Fox Lake during my last service visit. My Galdiator experienced corrosion on the hood hinges and under body. The manufacturer cover the hood hinges and not im during my last service visit. My Galdiator experienced corrosion on the hood hinges and under body. My appointment was at 8:30 and they took my car out for a test drive and found no issue. However did have them do a diagnostic test and they found no issue which was a relief to me. My last two experiences with ray's service center were not good. First, one was for an oil change tire rotation and check a tire that was slowly leaking, passenger front. The second time was for a larger ishue that resulted in poor communication and lack of follow up by the service department and sales when I inquired about trading my vehicle in. I don’t like that in order to diagnose issues with a car there is a charge, especially when you are a repeat customer and have followed recommendations.
