I was scheduled for a 7:30am appointment on a Monday, came in 5min early and my vehicle wasn’t started on unit 8:15am. It was a routine oil change and tire rotation, and was then upsold a service. The business was fine outside of that but I’ve had continuously sad experience here compared to other places. The best being the time I asked them to check my breaks because they’re squeaking, was told they looked perfect and nothing wrong. A week later I had to leave my vehicle there because I ran my breaks to the metal on one wheel and almost on another. Been hopeful, but if I don’t have my dad check everything for me, I usually get over priced services, upsold and treated poorly. Not sure if it’s because I’m a women, but I’m frustrated to say the least. More

Dealership is fine, it was the recent service I had with my service advisor Michael lack. He tried telling me I didn’t need a clean and adjust when I was in for a 20,000 mile service. I’ve worked on cars fo my service advisor Michael lack. He tried telling me I didn’t need a clean and adjust when I was in for a 20,000 mile service. I’ve worked on cars for 5 years and you think you can tell me what my car needs? He didn’t even look at how the recommended services states for this clean and adjust is for the 20,000 mile service. I also had comments on my service when I made the appointment prior. He did not put what I asked for in my repair order. I was very specific as to what I would like done. I also had to tell the service advisor to tell the technician to torque my wheels. I should not have to watch the technician to ensure everything was done properly. Another gentleman then tried questioning me as to how I can see when a pro master was in front of me? Well, if you can see someone sitting in the driver seat with their legs hanging out and not going around to torque my wheels, then that’s how I know. He also did not provide me a multi point inspection. I NEED TO SEE THE INSPECTION ON MY VEHICLE NO MATTER THE YEAR. This is basic common sense. I than notice a dent in my driver door that I have a photo of. So, the lube technician doesn’t feel comfortable lifting my vehicle and asks for assistance, doesn’t torque my wheels, leaves oil spill on my engine bay, and leaves a dent in my vehicle? How is this ok? I want my door fixed, this is not acceptable. Future, please let me work with the advisor I had scheduled an appointment with. Worst service shop I've been to. Don't recommend... They break things as they are "repairing" and then charge you significantly extra to fix what they broke. Save yourself Time an Don't recommend...
