I was very happy with my experience at Ray in Fox Lake during my last service visit. My Galdiator experienced corrosion on the hood hinges and under body. The manufacturer cover the hood hinges and not im during my last service visit. My Galdiator experienced corrosion on the hood hinges and under body. Something people say is a waste of money just saved my truck. The dealer had won my trust and will remember them for my next purchase. More

My last two experiences with ray's service center were not good. First, one was for an oil change tire rotation and check a tire that was slowly leaking, passenger front. They were unable to find a leak, not good. First, one was for an oil change tire rotation and check a tire that was slowly leaking, passenger front. The second time was for a larger ishue that resulted in poor communication and lack of follow up by the service department and sales when I inquired about trading my vehicle in. Also when I picked up my vehicle my passenger wiper blade was missing. More

My appointment was at 8:30 and they took my car out for a test drive and found no issue. However did have them do a diagnostic test and they found no issue which was a relief to me.
