I was very happy with my experience at Ray in Fox Lake during my last service visit. My Galdiator experienced corrosion on the hood hinges and under body. Something people say is a waste of money just saved my truck. The dealer had won my trust and will remember them for my next purchase. More
My appointment was at 8:30 and they took my car out for a test drive and found no issue. However did have them do a diagnostic test and they found no issue which was a relief to me. My last two experiences with ray's service center were not good. First, one was for an oil change tire rotation and check a tire that was slowly leaking, passenger front. They were unable to find a leak, not good. First, one was for an oil change tire rotation and check a tire that was slowly leaking, passenger front. They were unable to find a leak, no problem, but after a week or so the tire was low again and in the same location? obviously no tire rotation was completed. The second time was for a larger ishue that resulted in poor communication and lack of follow up by the service department and sales when I inquired about trading my vehicle in. Also when I picked up my vehicle my passenger wiper blade was missing. More
They fixed the dashboard screen but don't know exactly what happened. I was instructed not to touch any of the lighting adjustment dials. I don’t like that in order to diagnose issues with a car there is a charge, especially when you are a repeat customer and have followed recommendations. I brought my van in for air conditioner work only and was told so much more was wrong with my vehicle. Not sure of the motive. It seems they were contemplating a buy back. I never asked for that.
