I bought my Pontiac G6 from John Lesniak 5 years ago and the customer service has been top notch every step of the way. Not only was the initial sale a phenomenal experience, but any issue I ran in to along the customer service has been top notch every step of the way. From manufacturer recalls to keyless entry remote issues I was having, John was always willing to lend a helping hand. I would highly recommend Ray Chevrolet because of the positive customer experience John and the rest of the staff have created for me. My G6 is running strong with 180,000 miles on it, but when it quits I'll definitely be going back to see John for my next car. More
I bought a used jeep from ray 3wks ago, not only did they offer me 1k for my tradein they had the gall to list it on their site for 6700 after I told them it had problems. On top of that the 06 commander I purchased catalytic converter went out, the passenger air bag light wouldn't go off and the front bumper was lose n damaged. When I went back within a week to get it fixed they were more concerned with the 1700 I owed them then fixing my car. Mind u I already paid them 17000 for the car. Cal said I must not have the money, I told him I am no dummy if I pay u the 1700 u won't fix my car. Cal is a jerk n he cares nothing for u the customer. I got my money refunded after I brought my boss who is a man with me. Cal insinuated that I damaged the truck he refused to show me the car fax n then suggested I pay them 1k n have my own mechanic who diagnosed the problem fix it. Cal was rude n tried to pull a bad cop routine. Lol All hell will break lose I promised him if my money was not returned. They lied about doing a 17pt inspection on the car. Apparently IL does not require dealer's to do so. I went on line n found the exact same truck in Milwaukee for 3k cheaper they treated me like a queen, I got my car fax, I signed acknowledgeing that I am aware the dealer is required to do a 17pt inspection on the vehicle, and I was happy to give them my money. I will NEVER EVER buy another car in IL again. More
Called in the morning about a vehicle. They said they had it in stock and checked to make sure. We drove 1 hour because they promised us a gas card worth up to $20 for our trouble driving. 20 minutes away we it in stock and checked to make sure. We drove 1 hour because they promised us a gas card worth up to $20 for our trouble driving. 20 minutes away we get a call saying the car has been sold and they missed it because it was filed overnight. We get there to test drive similar vehicles and they give us a outlander!!!! We try to leave an they want to take a "drive" 20 minutes away to see sister dealer without even knowing what kind of cars are there. We end up leaving after a hour and they said they ran out of gas cards and give us a better unknown best buy gift card worth $5. Forget fox lake worst experience ever. Booooo More

I recently purchased vehicles from both the Chevy (2011 Silverado 2500) and Suzuki (2012 Kizashi)stores. Two wks prior to my purchase I was a wreck. This was a huge financial decision I had to make for my family and I didn't want to get screwed on price, rate etc., so I had major concerns about walking into any dealership. I chose to shop local and all I can say is WOW was I impressed with the genuine care I was shown by my salesperson, Dana Aquado and the entire team at Ray. As I stated earlier, I experienced both dealerships, because those two vehicles worked for my family, so I had to work with mngmnt from each store. Dan Diomede shocked me with interest rates I was not expecting. I am a typical "working man", who pays his bills, but the economy has affected me like everyone else. I was treated soooo well by everyone I met. I put at ease by Dana as soon as we met and that continued until my wife and I drove away from the dealership. I even did something I never do and decided to extend my warranty coverage because Ron Derosa and Ken Jurcich in finance took the time to show me how I was protecting my investments and my family. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff on board there. They all restored my faith in the auto sales industry. More
