Dear Mitza, We apologize for the confusion. This was a miscommunication on our part. When you originally called, the vehicle was here. In between your phone call and your appointment, the vehicle was sent to the body shop to have its bumpers repainted. I misheard what I was told, and thought they said the vehicle was being detailed. Again, I apologize for the error. Meanwhile, the vehicle will be back on Monday and we would like to bring it out to you at your convenience so you may see it. We really would like to compensate you for your gas. We make every effort to have solid communication here and to please every customer.
