I found a '93 Z28 from this dealer online and went down the next day to check it out. Getting there I expected the stereotypical car salesman to try to sell me a lemon, George Zakrewski is nothing lik down the next day to check it out. He took me on a test ride and didn't try to hide any of the flaws in the car, he told me straight up how it was, and the details on it. When I decided to make the purchase he did all he could to make sure we got the best rate possible and as quickly as possible, the only hold up was from my insurance company having a fax machine malfunction. I'd recommend George and Ray Chevrolet to anyone who's looking to buy from a straight forward and trustworthy dealership. More

From the first call I made to Ray Chevy they made me feel comfortable. Alisa took my online info and forwarded to Sales and Finance. Those two departments worked together to get a deal for me. He was prepared, knowledgeable and personable. He had the car prep'd and ready for a test drive. He told me all about the vehicle's history and flaws. Full disclosure. Afterwards we sat down and negotiated a deal I was happy with and I purchased the car. The rest was a cake walk! More
This dealership could care less abut there customers, I was told by my salesman after I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased that "your sale means nothing to me, I am going to sell 24 cars this month" was told by my salesman after I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased that "your sale means nothing to me, I am going to sell 24 cars this month" There extended warranty they sold me was $2,000 more than the dealership I am working with now to resolve the issues I am now facing after dealing with Ray! Be careful once you agree to there payment, they want to tack on services and warranties that raise your payment $60.00 per month. Also they will play with your interest rates to get you to buy there inflated warranty and paint protection plan. If dealing with Ray please proceed with caution! Shop around and compare and secure financing through a bank you work with and can trust. More

We were so ready to walk away but he went the extra mile to find something we could afford. We turned down a ton of cars, but he kept looking. Finally we found our new car and couldn't be happier. Not only will we refer people to this specific dealership, but we took a pile of George's cards because we will refer people to him directly! More

I walked in looking at a used Avalanche and walked out with a brand new Silverado. Jay was our salesman and was incredibly helpful finding us a different option after we decided the Avalanche didn't meet with a brand new Silverado. He never made us feel rushed in making a decision and not once tried to talk us into something we weren't interested in. Both Chris and Jay went to work at putting us in a truck at a price we could afford. We threw out some numbers, they came back with theirs. We threw out our bottom line, and they made it work. We did not think a brand new truck was an option but they managed the numbers to make it work for us. The truck we walked out with was a service loaner vehicle with all the brand new warranties included and just a few miles. After the truck went to service for a detail and we were getting ready to take it home, we realized the interior had never been touched and the exterior was spot washed. It was close to closing, but that shouldn't make a difference in the service we received. There were towel marks, bugs on the grill, etc. We pointed this out to Jay and Chris and immediately they expressed concern, but unfortunately service was closed for the night, so they scheduled us an appointment for a full detail. We brought it back a couple of days later, received a loaner vehicle, and picked it up two days later. Upon receiving my truck back, it looked wonderful except for a couple of things. There was a newfound scratch on the passenger door and bugs still remained on the headlights. We expressed concern to Jay, who handled it right away. Chris came to ensure that everything worked out smoothly and Jay relayed our concerns. They immediately called service to buff the scratch out of the clearcoat and fix up the headlights. It was done within minutes and looked spectacular. Overall, we had a phenomenal experience with Jay and Chris. Service did a superb job with just a few hiccups along the way. We would definitely go back for our next Chevy purchase! More

We have bought a number of vehicles from Ray Chevrolet over the years. We always deal with Hugo Ayala and Matt Douvikas because we feel that they treat us with respect and not like we are wasting their over the years. All in all When the deal is made, we do walk out with smiles on our faces. If we could give them more than a 5 we certainly would.
