Found the Suburban that I wanted online. Called the dealership to discuss the price and options. They were prompt and courteous on the phone and understood that I was price shopping on the internet. dealership to discuss the price and options. They were able to pull up Suburbans at different dealerships for me to compare options, mileage etc. As I was shopping over an hour away from their dealership, most of the transaction took place via TEXT and email. Very cool to be able to work that way in this day and age. Not the typical dealership and salesmanship you'll find at other dealerships I have visited. Granted I knew exactly what I wanted, and they had it. It helped that they had a very competitive price on the vehicle. But I will say that during my visit, I 'overheard' a lot of other salesmen speaking on the phone and talking in person. I believe they've all been brought up the same way - to be courteous, friendly, and accommodating to their customers. Being a professionally trained salesman, I didn't feel handled or worked over. Not how I do business, and apparently not how HUGO AYALA does either. This is my first Chevy vehicle and my first from Ray Chevy. I'd definitely give them another opportunity to earn my business. Very good used car selection as well. More

He was very thorough in his description of all the options available on the car as well as describing the performance of the car. My wife took several test drives and John explained how the Malibu would be the best car for her needs.
