Picked up Trailblazer from Service and bought a new car! We dropped off our Trailblazer for service and Matt (General Manager) gave us a 2014 Impala to drive. My husband ended up really liking it, so when w We dropped off our Trailblazer for service and Matt (General Manager) gave us a 2014 Impala to drive. My husband ended up really liking it, so when we brought it back 3 days later to pick up our Trailblazer, Matt gave us to Hugo Ayala to see if we would qualify to buy. We told Hugo that we weren't interested in buying another car right now, because we had 3 car payments and 2 would be paid off in November and then we would like to trade in our 2009 Impala. Hugo explained that right now our '09 was a certified car and if we waited until spring then it wouldn't be certified any longer. He looked up on the Auto Trader to see how much our '09 was worth, and we were actually quite surprised that it was worth almost what we still owed on it! We said that we liked the Blue Ray Metallic Impala and so Hugo went out of his way to get us one, so we could see it in person. We liked the color, but didn't like the interior. While we were doing that, Matt was working his magic with the numbers and came to us with a great deal that we couldn't pass up. We ended up taking home a 2014 Chevy Impala (our 5th car from Ray Chevrolet) that night within 3 hours! We had a budget each time and Doug as well as the other employees we encountered have truly gone above and beyond our expectations to meet our needs. Our first experience there we wanted to trade in two cars for two more and Doug worked with us for almost twelve hours to find the right vehicles at the right price for our family needs. A year later when our needs changed, Doug was once again able to get us into the right vehicle at the right price and explained everything we needed to know about leasing over purchasing so that we could make an informed decision about what would be better for us. If we were not a military family and this area was our permanent residence, Ray Chevrolet and Doug Kiscellus would have customers for life from our family. More

Painless Purchase I bought my first car 45 years ago, and last week I met the first salesperson I've ever felt comfortable with - John Lesniak from Ray Chevy. No sales pitches - just crisp, clear answers to my questions. I was helping my son buy his first vehicle, and I prepared him for dealing with the stereotypical sales "shark." What a pleasant surprise. It's a lot easier to make a clear decision when you have a salesman like John, who didn't pressure us at all. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with our purchase, and my son's first car is a safe and reliable vehicle. Ray Chevy should videotape John Lesniak doing his job, and use it as a training video for all salespeople nation-wide. More

Very Happy Over All Before doing anything else, to be able to comparatively know if your getting the best deal I think you need to shop around. And that being said, I did feel I got the best price for what I was buying. There some after market things they try to sell you on - do your homework and ask questions about how things work - the whole oil change thing with 24,000 miles or 2 years isn't what you think - there are "requirements" to qualify for this. Also I would check around on things like extended warranties, key replacement, bed liners, etc before purchasing - also check up on interest rates. I think they got me approved but not with necessarily the "best" rate. Like anything, the more you know the more equipped you are to deal with salesman. John was GREAT - very professional and I felt very comfortable with him. I felt a few guys there were shady and pushy, but again there's always a few no matter where you go! Overall very satisfied, enjoyed the process after it was a said and done and it's close to home - looking forward to enjoying our new purchase! More
