Not only did he make me feel he was working for Ray but made me feel he was working for me as well!! Went in for service on my 2013 Silverado and he introduced me to the 2015's. I couldn't be happier with his no pressure sales but his personal touch to get to know me a little and share about himself. Made me feel like I was dealing with a friend. Great overall experience with Mark Pedretti & Ray's Chevrole I had been looking online for the right truck for about 6 months now. I saw a truck at Rays Chevrolet online, I called them up, and we decided to tak I had been looking online for the right truck for about 6 months now. I saw a truck at Rays Chevrolet online, I called them up, and we decided to take a look at it. That truck was a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500, low miles, like new. We were met by Mark Pedretti, he had our information all written down on his desk, waiting to meet us. We took a test drive, and we decided that truck would now be ours. One problem was that it smelled from smoke. The past owner obviously was a smoker. Mark Pedretti and Rays Chevrolet of Fox Lake, took care of the smell for us. Happy owners of a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500 thanks to Mark & Rays. Mark was a great salesperson, very friendly, down to earth, had the information we needed, if not, he'd find the answer. We didn't feel overwhelmed, nor pressured with him. Great salesperson to deal with on purchasing your vehicle, ask for him! More

Great Experience I went into Ray Chevrolet after several calls from them wanting to see what my 2007 Camry I bought from them 3 years ago was worth. I wasn't happy for I went into Ray Chevrolet after several calls from them wanting to see what my 2007 Camry I bought from them 3 years ago was worth. I wasn't happy for what they thought the car was worth knowing that the Camry was in good condition. I decided, because my family was growing I would just trade it in and get a SUV. John help me look for the right one that would work for me. My husband and I decided on a 2009 Chevy Traverse which I thought was perfect for us. After driving it for two days we had some trouble nothing big. I contacted John and he set up an appointment to have the car serviced while I had a loaner. I was upset I had to wait a week before getting the appointment (knowing what was wrong with the SUV) because they didn't have loaners at the time. They are currently working on it now, so I will have to see if the service department did what I requested. So far, my overall experience was good John gave my husband and I time to think the decision through not rushing us even though it was close to closing. More

He did not talk down to me or try to up sell me on other vehicles like other dealers (boucher for example) I will definitely consider this dealership again in the future. More
