He didn't keep running back to some mysterious room to check what he could do. The price we agreed on was exactly what was on the final paperwork! (I've never had that happen at any other dealer). For the first time in my life I felt good driving off in my new car and it was because of my experience at Ray Chevrolet. Each person I spoke to was kind and helpful. I didn't once feel like I was being taken advantage of or pushed into something I was uncomfortable with. Hugo is honest & hard working and will try to get you the best deal possible on whatever vehicle you choose. He was with me every step of the way. When I was with the finance dept., he would peek his head in to see how things were going & to ask if we needed anything.
