Today I found out that the odometer had been turned back so I decided that it was time to trade my beautiful car in. I went to Chris Kahlmorgan who worked with my husband previously in his lease of our Silverado and Chris took excellent care of me and got me a very good lease deal on a brand new 2014 Equinox. I would never consider buying a car elsewhere and my cars will always go to Ray Chevrolet for service as they have the most spectacular service department. I guarantee you won' regret it. More
Great people to do business with! We were in the market to replace our 2005 Malibu Maxx when my wife and I happened to drive by Ray Chevrolet on our way to Wisconsin. On the spur of t We were in the market to replace our 2005 Malibu Maxx when my wife and I happened to drive by Ray Chevrolet on our way to Wisconsin. On the spur of the moment, I stopped into the dealership and asked to look at a 2014 Equinox. We were greeted by Ruperto Ayala, and we explained to him that we had just begun our shopping process and did not have time for a test drive or long discussion. No problem! Ruperto picked up a set of keys for a car on the lot and let us look at it, sit in it and ask all the questions we wanted. When we thanked him and explained that we were on a time schedule, he wished us well and said goodbye. No pressure, no hard sell! (I even had to ask for his business card!) Three days later, after some family discussion, we decided to move ahead. I had searched the Internet for dealer inventory and called Ruperto to ask if we could test drive one 4-cylinder and one 6-cylinder Equinox. He had both vehicles waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership, and we quickly zeroed in on the 6-cylinder model. Ruperto and his sales manager, Chris, made us a very fair offer and we bought the car on the spot. After-sale service was another good experience. Ruperto introduced us to Eugene, one of the service advisors, who explained the free maintenance service provided to new car purchasers. Rich, the Customer Relations Manager, was helpful and thorough – and left me with a comfortable feeling that should I have any questions or problems he would be very quick to resolve them. Joe Nash, the Finance Manager who processed our sale documents, carefully explained all the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. As the final step in the process, Ruperto introduced us to Ray, their tech specialist, who explained all the electronics in our new Equinox, paired my cell phone to the MyLink electronics and helped set up our new OnStar account. Ray was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. While Ruperto chatted with my wife, Ray had me set up in ten minutes and ready to go. Off we went in our new Equinox with our questions answered and a very comfortable feeling that we would be in good hands at Ray Chevrolet for future maintenance and any repair needs – or any other questions or concerns about our new Equinox. This is my fourteenth car purchase over many years – some used and many new – and so far it has been the best! More
