The F&I process was easy, but a little wait due to the number of other customers. They did offer extra warranties and packages. I have nothing against these and I understand it's their job to present the options, but I am not interested in them. Unlike some of my other car buying experiences, they acceptable my "no" without push-back or any hard-sell tactics. More

After we told Dennis we wanted to purchase this vehicle, he again went above and beyond by ensuring that when we arrived to sign the loan docs everything was prepared and we were able to complete our transaction without any delays.
