What a ride So my experience here is a mix bag and a wild ride of deception. First off I found them through auto trader and sent a message to them, I spoke wit So my experience here is a mix bag and a wild ride of deception. First off I found them through auto trader and sent a message to them, I spoke with Alec, who was nothing but great as I explained my needs. He recommend I come in and talk with Dan Broke. I go in and I start to speak with Dan, once again explaining my specific needs. Dan was great, friendly and assured me he could help. My needs are very specific, as I am starting work in oil fields and needed a work truck, the catch, My wife and I have no money to put down. Dan kept assuring me, He could work with us. So we fill out the financing, we were 100% approved according to Dan. He told me he really had to do some extra work to get us no money down but he did. At the end of the first day of the visit Dan told me, "come back tomorrow with 2 pay Stubbs, an electric bill and 6 references. Then you can drive the truck home." I said "that's it, that's all I need to do?" Dan replied "yes, so what time are you coming back?" I said "the same time as today" then it was we'll see eachother tomorrow and you and your truck will go on it's merry way. Now this is were the story starts going downhill fast. So my wife and I go back at the same time as the day before. The first thing I notice is the truck I am supposed to buy, it's still on the lot. Not being prepared for me to take it home. So I see Dan, he says he's really busy would I like another sales person, xxx? Red flag. I say no, we've been working with you so we will wait. So we get to Dan's desk, he starts asking for our info again, I said didn't we do all this yesterday? He said, he didn't put any of it in the computer. So immediately after that he says, " so what about a down payment? " My wife jumps in and says, you know we can't afford one, that was all gone over yesterday and you said it wasn't a problem, you got us 100% financed. Dan told us, "I never said that" The whole reason we came back is because he did say that. So Dan leaves us, for a bit, as my wife and I talk about how we just got suckered and lied to. So Dan comes back with the general sales manager Matt Douvikas. Matt proceeded to tell us we are 100% financed but need 1,000 dollars up front for tax title and license. ( that's not 100% financed) We explained to him that just isn't possible. So Matt says " why don't we call your mom, what's her credit score?" What, I'm a grown xxx man. First off, second off, that is completely opposite of what Dan told us. Matt again says, what about your father in law? We notice he's going down our list of references. So now they both leave again. They come back with a different story this time. This time, the 1,000 dollars isn't for TTL it's a down payment. Once again we explain, this can't happen as our situation won't allow it. So we leave, empty handed, and lied to. So Monday we get a call again. It's Dan, saying he will do what he can. ( do what you can? How about do what you promised the first day?) So Tuesday, Dan calls yet again. By this time, I'm done and know you're just stringing me along trying to see if the unicorns brought me 1,000 dollars. More

Salesman George Zakrzewski was by far the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal, not only on my trade in but also on the car I was buying. He gave me all of the time that I needed, which in turn gave me peace of mind when I did purchase my vehicle. He was never pushy, and even offered a paint job (which was absolutely amazing) where the used car I bought had a bit of a scratch for free!!! Not to mention that Ray Chevrolet gives so much back to the community by supporting schools. As a teacher, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you everybody at Ray!!
