I was looking for a stick shift black car that was safe for my daughter and he found me a 2011 Chevy Cruze stick shift certified pre-owned it was perfect!!! once we had the car I wanted then I met David Cooper I didn't think there was anybody in the world who could talk as fast as I do and then I met David. I absolutely adored both these gentlemen they both did everything they could to get me this safe car for my daughter because it was all about safety. then I met Tyler the technical kid who works there he was very professional and he also did many things to ensure my technical needs for the car he hooked up my bluetooth to the car from my phone he downloaded the OnStar app onto my phone he called on star and made sure that I got my proper attention needed for OnStar and showed me how to use XM Sirius radio and for all the other people who helped me like manager Dan upfront at the desk and the boys who cleaned and cared for my car before I drove it away and Carrie who showed me that I could believe in good customer service because her and everybody else gave me excellent customer service but I can't say enough about Doug and David those two gentlemen really made it happen I think you too Ray Chevrolet and everybody who works there I would recommend your dealership to anyone!!!! I have been living in the McHenry and Fox Lake area now for 12 years I never considered going anywhere but to Ray Chevrolet if I was going to buy a car. the survey is asking how many dealerships I went to before I came to you guys there is no 0 in the list so I want you to know that I never considered anyone else.
