This is how all dealerships should be. My girlfriend, our daughter, and I went drove from Chicago to Ray Chevy in Fox Lake because of great past experiences I had with Tony Jensen. We found the SUV my girlfriend wanted and that actually fit her needs for her and our daughter. She was happy, I was happy, and our daughter loved the new car. Went to finance and worked with Tony Ruiz, who finalized our process, was honest with her. He presented himself unlike any finance manager I ever met and was impressed. Then she drove it home loving every minute of it. But the excellent service didn't stop there. Next day a bulb had gone out, which it happens, No big deal. After actually looking at the vehicle noticed that a reflector was cracked, again no big deal because it could of happened during transport to the dealer. E-mailed Tony and he said to come in, our family loves dealing with Tony. Took care of the bulb, even fixed a nail we picked up, and said they would take care of the reflector. We brought it back in the following week and had the reflector replaced. There was a little error with the replacement reflector and needed to be corrected, happens at all dealerships. We were dealing specifically with Steve Eckhardt the service advisor for the replacement. Steve went above and beyond all expectations. To get the correct part installed and to make sure that it was resolved correctly in a timely manner. Randy Miller expedited the part for us and definitely showed us how important the vehicle owners are to his service department. This whole dealership is amazing service. We will return for our future vehicles and will deal with the service department for all our major mechanical needs. We have never been to a dealer who actually really does make customer service number one priority. Also I have never been to a dealer who remembers you by name, and see the owner Ray, walking around and talking to everyone. I am glad that my family made the choice years ago to walk into this dealership and to have the pleasure of working with the best dealer in Illinois. More
