I have bought a few cars from Ray Chevrolet in the past and just bought another one a few days ago and again was 100% satisfied. Worst service department I have ever dealt with! Walked into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immed into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immediately stuck their noses into their computers. At no time was I ever greeted or even acknowledged. After waiting another couple of minutes, I asked if anyone could help me and was told "they would get to me in a minute". RUDE and DISRESPECTABLE!! My recommendation is take your vehicle to a dealer who actually feels that customer service is #1. More
