Paul Vallejo took us seriously from the moment we entered the door. As a senior citizen he respected my wishes for a truck. Paul Vallejo handled the details of the sale, calling my insurance carrier and making the transfer easy to handle. Purchasing a vehicle was much more complicated than I anticipated. I would have been swamped if I had to handle this sale by myself. The one page sheet of estimated costs of the transfer made the banking for the sale much easier. Someday I hope to buy one of those nifty Mercedes I saw on the showroom floor. I never anticipated buying a used truck from a Mercedes Benz dealership, but I was confident that it would be a good experience because of the fine reputation of Mercedes Benz. More

The worst experience I've every had with a dealer. After buying the car I had to wait 1 month to get my plate from them because they had forgotten and then try to say it was my fault.
