We dropped our 2008 Mercedes off the evening prior to it being serviced. The overnight drop box was convenient and we had no problem locating the envelope to fill out, as well as a pen to write with. The area was well lit and we did not feel uneasy about leaving the car. I might add... we never made an appointment ahead of time. We happened to be in the area and decided it was best to have the car serviced (tire problem). I had intended to call the dealership the next morning, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from Mary first thing in the a.m. with a diagnosis and cost for repairs. Mary was very nice to speak with on the phone, and she was knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed. The completion time for the repair was first rate. The car was ready in just a few hours and when we arrived to pick up the car, it had been washed complimentary. Mercedes Benz of Freehold went over and above servicing this vehicle, when they could have made us wait without scheduling the appointment ahead of time. I would have liked to discuss a few issues I have with my car with a service manager, but there was a meeting in progress and no one was available, but no problem, I can discuss at a later time. I felt that my vehicle was expertly serviced and would recommend this dealership over any other. Thank You for your help! More

After browsing and identifying a a few cars of interest, I sat with Paul Vallejo, my sales consultant, who was very hospitiable, patient, and knowledgeble. My visit was exactly what I had hope for or more (pleasant and pressure-free). Along with the geniune warmth of Paul and the other Mercedes Freehold staff, there are vehicles available for every budget and countless models from which to choose, and not limited to Mercedes exclusively. The Freehold dealership also sells other new/used brand cars. How I am treated and valued when I'm paying for a serivce matters more to me than merely the product or service itself. It's a package deal for me. Provide me with exceptional customer service AND a consistently realiable product/serivce, and I will become an instant, loyal customer. Seriously, if you're going to buy a dependable, luxury car, buy a Mercedes, and if/when you're going to buy your Mercedes, buy it from the Freehold dealership. I did, and with Paul's guidance, I drove home that same day with a very welll-priced Mercedes. More
