John Algarin---Ray Catena Porsche Phoned RC Porsche late on a Thursday night to ask about a specific vehicle was interested in. Receptionist connected me to John Algarin. John had a Phoned RC Porsche late on a Thursday night to ask about a specific vehicle was interested in. Receptionist connected me to John Algarin. John had a great and very professional phone demeanor, and was at the get-go very knowledgeable about the vehicle. John's light sell approach and enthusiasm for my interest got me into the dealership two days later for a test drive. The drive & car were as described and I put down a deposit. Later concerned that the car might not perfectly clear my somewhat steep driveway, I asked John if he could drive out to my home (20 miles away) with a similar car to test clearance. He did so later that day. All was good. A week later John picked me up early Saturday morning to drive me to RC to complete paperwork and take delivery. That process was very straightforward thanks to my salesperson being very prepared. I will also note that on both dealership visits, RC Porsche Sales Manager Joseph Germino stopped by to say hi, which I appreciated. Very happy with my RC Porsche experience. More

Years ago I tried to buy a Boxster but the salespeople couldn't be bothered with me; I can definitely afford the car so the My first Porsche purchase. This time Ralph was honest, did not try to rush me and was as helpful as possible. Of course I purchased a Panamera. I will add that the person who set up the car after I completed the purchase was not familiar with the car and couldn't explain some of my questions and was wrong about others.
