However, after meeting Morris Grysman, In searching for the hard-to-get Porsche Cayman GT4, I was initially told there was no chance to acquire one. However, after meeting Morris Grysman, and then checking with him another time or two, he told me there was a possibility for one. I procrastinate going to the dealer because I do not want to go through the experience. First the salesman then his manager and then the finance guy. Together they think you are an idiot with a wallet. Working with Lenny at Ray catena was an awesome experience. I didn't experience any sales pressure. Yes we spoke about the car price and spent 10 minutes agreeing upon a price...but that was it... 10 minutes flat!! And to my surprise...Lenny was all from beginning to end. No Manager no Finance guy....I felt respected as a client for a change. I did see the Finance manager at the end, when I was heading out. He congratulated me and offered someone to deliver my other car home. Eddie, made his presence and importance felt in the right style. Not sure why other car dealers can't understand this very basic "Treat your customer with genuine respect". (not what they teach you in the 19th century sales training classes..."Pretend to respect your client"). Overall great experience!! More
