When I meet with John a deal was struck within 20 minutes which included a trade. Additionally John was extremely knowledge with respect to the features and electronics of the car and made the entire experience seemless and without any stress. Within two hours including a quick trip to the bank I rode out of the dealership with the new Macan. I explained we are very busy this time of year fulfilling contracts even though it is just a 20 minute drive I cannot get away from the office at this time. She said you stay put and I will bring the car to the office so you can take a look to see if you will like the newer car. I was so impressed and happy for this. She came not 2 hours later and allowed me the time I needed to make the decision. After a few days Faith called and I told her to bring the car we will take it. We have bought cars before from Ray Catena this is the best one yet. I am leaving on vacation tomorrow and now have a beautiful new car to come home to. More
