He extremely profeesional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. He pointed out several options that he recommended based on his experience. Delivery process was smooth. Mike spent alot of time showing me how to work all the features of the car. They even picked me up to bring me to the dealer to pick up the car. I could not have asked for more. As a young lady, I was worried of being duped so I did a lot of research prior. Mike approached me and he was very professional, passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. What I admired most was how respectful and patient he was with me being very indecisive and coming in late after work and he wasn't as aggressive as other salesmen I've encountered. Before I finalized on the deal, he stayed late to go over everything to make sure I was content with the choices and even offered great advice most dealers wouldn't offer. After purchasing my car, he made sure I could reach him anytime for questions and checked to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a Porsche. I live in Virginia and was in the market for a preowned certified Macan S (which are very hard to come by). I looked on the Porsche preowned locater website and found one at Ray catena Porsche. I also wanted to trade my Boxster S and pay the difference between the two cars. I did all of my communication with Faith over email and she was very responsive and helpful. I was able to finalize my deal over email and with her help, prepare in advance with paperwork to make the transaction quick and painless. She was very courteous and thorough. Great Experience (with a hiccup), Excellent staff My wife & I had one car in mind after our last lease expired - a 2017 Macan S. Ray Catena was the closest Porsche dealership to our home, so that's wh My wife & I had one car in mind after our last lease expired - a 2017 Macan S. Ray Catena was the closest Porsche dealership to our home, so that's where we went and that's where we met Morris. He's passionate about selling these cars, experienced, but not at all aggressive, which is a nice change. Morris put us behind the wheel and directed us each through a lengthy test drive, by the end of which all that remained were the details. As before, Morris didn't try to oversell us on anything, just took us through the options, step by step, inserting his thoughts and opinions on certain options, but didn't press us. We actually expected, and we're prepared to pay considerably more than the final number, but Morris steered us clear of a number of options which really wouldn't have added much value for us. That was it, after a few signatures, the folks in Leipzig built our car and shipped it stateside.....which is where the hiccup happened. Because of parent company Volkswagen's recent emissions duplicity, most 2017 Porsche models were held in port for CARB testing for an extra few weeks, which forced us to extend our prior lease more than once. While frustrating, and clearly outside the control of the dealer, Morris always kept us up to date on the status and set expectations as best he could given limited information. Finally our car arrived, Morris sent a car for us, walked us through all the important stuff, gave us our keys, and that was it. In a few years we plan to go back to Catena to see Morris and get ourselves a Panamera (best not to tell my wife.) More
